Mother enjoyed herself in Abu Dhabi! Granted, the henna print on her palm looks more like squiggly sperm than floral patterns, but it was complimentary so what the hell. Granted, she brought way too much clothes on my advice because I told her it's freezing here, when it's more like scorching in the day and mildly cold in the night. Granted, she didn't see much of Dubai, and actually spent an entire day at home watching DVDs. But! She was well-rested, she said she didn't overtire herself, and most importantly it was a 5-day reprieve from her solitude at home.
Submitting my resignation on 16th!!
